Pick-Up or Delivery Available

Please let Island Comfort & Health representative know if you would like to pick up your massage chair from our warehouse or would like delivery. Local truck delivery to your home is available only on Oahu, Hawaii. We can also deliver to Young Brothers (dock to dock) for our neighbor island customers.

Easy Assembly:

Please let your representative know if you would like your massage chair assemble. We would be happy to add this to your pick-up or delivery but don't recommend it for most people because it is easy to set-up and will save you money.

Assembly usually takes about 20 minutes - 1 hour depending on individual. Just the arms needs to be attached (Just the arms are not attached in box to make the packaging narrower and easier to move into your home). Just screwing the arms to the chair is necessary following easy instructions not requiring any special tools or skills.

Manufacturer Warranty

Standard Warranty: 3 Years (1 yr parts & labor. 3 yr parts)

Your massage chair purchased from Island Comfort & Health comes with the following Manufacturer Warranty to the original purchaser. Warranty coverage begins on the date the consumer purchases the products. Warranties are only valid within the United States provided the product has been operated according to the proper manufacturer's instructions. Please note that limited warranties are non-transferable unless authorized by the Manufacturer.

Year 1

All parts, labor, and framework of the massage chairs will be covered by Massage Chair Manufacturer from the date of purchase. Remote control is covered for one year. Foot massagers, Rumba exerciser, shoulder, portable massagers and pillow-type massagers are covered fully one year parts and labor.

Year 2 - 3

After reaching one year warranty, only parts are covered for two years. This warranty does not cover any loss or damage resulting from : Improper installation, unauthorized repairs, alterations or modifications of original condition, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, power surges, failure to follow operating instruction, transportation damage, abuse , misuse or environmental conditions, loss of use during repairs, products purchased from unauthorized dealers, normal wear and tear including velcro/zipper malfunction, or tears in any fabric whether intentionally or due to accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water

Extended Warranty: 5 Years limited (3 yr parts & labor. 5 yr parts). Additional fee of $250 to $350
