That’s why we offer the best warranties in the industry, run a 5-star, U.S.-based call center, and have a nationwide network of trained technicians ready to provide in-home service, should it be needed.
All Panasonic massage chairs come with a Limited Manufacturer Warranty for both parts and labor with ON-SITE SERVICE at no additional cost for the first 3 YEARS or 1,000 hours of use, whichever comes first. The massage block and all electronic components are covered for 5 YEARS or 1,000 hours of use, whichever comes first.
Parts and on-site service for all other components of the chair are covered for 3 years or 1,000 hours.
A 2-Year extension that covers parts and in-home service for ALL components with no usage limitations can be purchased for only $450. This brings total coverage up to 5 years from the date of purchase, with no limitation based on the number of hours the chair has been used.
Warranty Exclusions

Shipping: Damages incurred due to shipping and handling, dropped product not by store's delivery crew

Improper Setup or Installation: If the massage chair does not work properly due to mis-setup or installation has been done by a person other than store's delivery & set-up crew

Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs done by anyone other than authorized technician by manufacturer

Alterations: Modifications or altered conditions of the original product

Misuse, Abuse or Neglect: Malfunctions or damages due to improper use or abuse as well as unreasonable use or maintenance including failure to follow operating instructions.

Improper use of Electrical/Power Supplies: Improper use of electrical/power supplies, electrical disturbances and power surges.

Accidents: Warranty shall not apply if the product has been damaged physically, whether intentionally or due to accident or neglect: including stains, fluids, mold, water damage, animal damage, cuts, burns, or is otherwise unsanitary, damaged, or soiled.

Environmental Damage: Any environmental conditions (examples: fire, floods, rust, corrosion, sand, dirt, windstorms, hail, earthquakes, and/or tornadoes) or any other exposure to weather conditions.

Theft or Vandalism

Natural Wear -Foam Softness: Softening/hardening of foams and filling composites in pillows and pads.

Natural Wear -Attachment Points: Failures or attached points in stitching, Velcro, and zippers do not constitute a defect for warranty.

Natural Wear -Leather/Fabric: Normal fading, wear, pilling of covering materials do not constitute a defect under this warranty as those items naturally change with use. Tears in any fabric or leather coverings due to abuse also do not constitute as a defect under warranty.

Natural patterns and grains and variations in leather do not constitute as a defect under warranty, as no two pieces of fabric are identical.

This warranty is from the manufacturer so you can call them directly if you ever need service. A qualified technician would be sent to your home to provide service.
Damaged Items During Delivery
We package and wrap all of our products well and have excellent delivery teams and work with the best delivery partners so your items arrive at your home snug, safe, and secure. However, please take a moment at the time of delivery to thoroughly inspect all items. You may refuse to accept any broken or damaged items by informing the delivery crew and making a notation on the delivery receipt. Items that are refused due to damage will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. Other refusals will be covered by our Return Policy.
After Delivery
If you find any damaged or broken items after your delivery crew leaves, immediately report any product defects or damages by emailing us at abcfurniturehi8@gmail.com or calling the store in which you made your original purchase within five (5) days of your delivery.
Nonrefundable Fees
Delivery, shipping, and return charges are nonrefundable.
